F-MECH Company Limited was formed and registered as a Limited Liability Company in the year 2008 under the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana Act No. 179
{1963}. F- MECH has been certified by, and complies with ISO 2009:2015 • Quality Management Standards and ISO 45001: 2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Standards.

We operate within the permits of both the Petroleum Commission and Minerals Commission of Ghana. F-MECH has been able to survive in the midst of stiff competition from both larger Ghanaian firms, as well as foreign Construction Companies. F-MECH Company Limited has made very significant progress and grown to become a household name within the Ghanaian Extractive industries (Oil, Gas and Mining).

Even though F-MECH has gained a strong base within the Energy, Power and Mining Sectors, it has also established some major footholds in the Corporate world and the Private Sector. Our qualified staff, engineers and technologists, enable the Company to provide one-stop multi-disciplinary solutions to industries and projects.
